Title: Salmon Rice Salad

2cRice -- dry measure/cooked
7 1/2ozCan
  Flaked
1/2cChopped celery
1/2cChopped cucumber -- seeded,
  Unpeeled
2tbOnion -- finely chopd
1/2cRanch salad dressing --
  Prepared
  Cucumber slices -- if
  Desired
  Red salmon -- drained &

Lightly oil a 4 cup milk or bowl. Combine all ingredients except cucumber slices. Mix lightly. Lightly press rice mixture into oiled mold. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. place serving palte over mold. Invert to unmold salad. Garnish with cucumber slices. MC formatting by bobbi744@acd.net ICQ#2099532
